Engr. Ofili has a distinguished record of strong operational and leadership skills with over 18 years Oil and Gas industry experience on facilities engineering and project management of large and complex international projects in Africa, Europe and Middle East. He holds an MBA (oil and gas management) from The Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen UK, and BEng (chemical engineering) from Enugu State University of Science and Technology Nigeria, and has contributed to many projects success stories in NETCO/NNPC (Nigeria), Worleyparsons Engineering (United Arab Emirates), Woodgroup Engineering (UK), British Petroleum (UK), Petrofac Offshore Projects & Operations (UK), Maersk Oil North Sea (UK) and Saudi Aramco (Saudi Arabia). He has strong engineering and project management background with advanced knowledge of FEED, DED, Procurement, Construction (onshore & offshore), Gas Plant, Refineries, Terminal, FPSOs’ etc.
