Business Development and Contracts Manager
With over 16 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Mr. Agbowu has worked as a commercial analyst, project controller, operations manager and contracts advisor in projects across the world. He holds a BA joint honors in Economics & Law from the University of Leicester and an MSc. In oil and gas enterprise management from University of Aberdeen. He brings in experience from administering a variety of projects for companies including Chevron, Worley Parsons, ExxonMobil and Saudi Aramco. Mr. Agbowu formulated a contracting strategy method which promotes the Niger Delta Host Communities’ participation in projects (Host Community Special Purpose Vehicle), and spearheaded the creation of ISOKURB (Urhobo and Isoko Host Communities registered company) and Awaome oil and gas (Kalabari Host communities registered company). He holds several Advanced Project Management certificates from Stanford University (SAPM) and is an Associate of Contracts Administration from George Washington University.
